Soft connection purpose
Flexible connection equipment: Copper expansion joint, copper flexible connection and bus bar are the connection devices between the whole transformer and rectifier cabinet, which are mainly used in electrolytic aluminum plant, non-ferrous metal, graphite carbon, chemical metallurgy and other industries. It is used for the connection between large transformer and rectifier cabinet, rectifier cabinet and disconnector switch, and the connection between busbar. Copper expansion joint is to prevent the switch or bus from being pulled off due to short circuit or cold shrinkage of hot account. It uses the elasticity of expansion joint to play a protective role.

The accompanying hose we provide has the following four forms of internal accompanying hose, i.e. additional hose tracing inside the normal hose. The external accompanying hose, i.e. the additional hose is heat tracing outside the normal hose. The jacket accompanies the hose, i.e. the additional hose is completely sheathed outside the normal hose for overall heat tracing. The vacuum jacket is accompanied by the hose, and the soft connection additional hose is completely covered on the outside of the normal hose, and the middle part is vacuumized for heat preservation. These four kinds of accompanying hoses have excellent heat tracing and heat preservation performance. The main materials are stainless steel products, which are not prone to corrosion and leakage. They can play the role of compensating movement and vibration absorption in the pipeline system. Different installation methods can be used for soft connection, and flange or thread can be used for connection. Air compressor, pump and other units are prone to produce vibration when they work, and the pipes connected with these units are bound to vibrate, which can lead to material failure, damage and joint weld cracking.
